My tires were recently rotated at my expense, along with my oil change. However, Carfax records still show that I'm overdue for tire rotation, but that the oil was changed. I contacted Subaru of Port Rich my oil change. However, Carfax records still show that I'm overdue for tire rotation, but that the oil was changed. I contacted Subaru of Port Richey by phone a couple of weeks after the visit, and let them know through the service department that the tire rotation didn't get posted with Carfax. I was told to give it a couple of more days, and it should show up, but as of today (9/6/23), nothing has changed. Please update this information. Since my last visit at Lokey I had two tires replaced with Firestone, because of a tire puncture. Thank you. More
