This center did not show the professionalism expected. I traded my Wilderness for an Ascent. Two months later I received toll violations from State of Maryland from the automobile I traded in to dealership. I was told I would be reimbursed from dealership because the vin# on the Wilderness was never transferred to the new owner. I traded the Wilderness on July 25 and received the summonses in September. I have not received my reimbursement as to date. I love my Subaru but this dealership is no longer on my radar. More

Mr. Whitney was very helpful with our initial problem for which we are very grateful. He stayed in touch with as we drove from West Virginia to Fl. But, when fixing that problem they found our headlight was burned out. We told them to replace it, which they did.
