My wife and I were there to purchase a used vehicle from another sales professional (Chris) however I was seated outside the offices by reception as she was doing the finance paperwork with Montel. While sitting there I heard a loud obscene conversation and I yelled enough but that didn't stop them and got more vulgar and obscene and I yelled even louder enough already and he immediately stopped but that got the attention of others as well. He came out and apologized and said it was a scam call and that he was messing with them back and didn't realize I was seated so close I could hear. It wouldn't had been so long at the dealership had they had a competent loan officer working. Montel said he was newly promoted to finance and kept having to have another employee check his work. We were called to come back the next day as he forgot finance paperwork. More
Was charged by service department $155 for “diagnostics “ to tell me my tire had a bubble in it. Ridiculous charge. Poor explanation of service. Also never got a call afterwards about satisfaction or a surve to tell me my tire had a bubble in it. Ridiculous charge. Poor explanation of service. I have been dealing with Subaru of Port Richey since 2016. They have an amazing team of people and a fantastic service department! Spencer has been my "go to guy" when it comes to taking care of both 2016. They have an amazing team of people and a fantastic service department! Spencer has been my "go to guy" when it comes to taking care of both of our vehicles. We can plan our maintenance to keep the cars running properly with his guidance. This dealership is almost two hours from where we live and there is actually another Subaru dealership in our city. However, we are willing to take the drive down since we trust them so much. Our experience with Spencer has been wonderful! Thanks for the awesome service!! More

He introduced me to the service personnel, got lunch for me and changed my prior thinking about how car salesmen were pushy and hard wired to push the customer to make a sale. Lokey Subaru in Port Richey used to be my favorite dealership. I bought two new cars from them but for the third one I became a customer at another dealership because there was a rather large price di dealership. I bought two new cars from them but for the third one I became a customer at another dealership because there was a rather large price difference for the same vehicle. A few days ago I bought a 2025 Outback from another dealership. Before my purchase from there other dealership I called Lokey to purchase from them. I asked for a sales person but ended up speaking with a Lokey employee who was not a sales person. He pretended to be one. He quoted the MSRP of the vehicle $2,000 more than what it is and also said that they did not have the vehicle I was looking for and they will have to bring it to their dealership and that would be very costly. He was rude, abrasive and condescending. Needless to say mine was a very negative experince. Lokey Subaru has fantastic maintenance service and maintenance people. I will not hesitate to go there for maintenance which is the reason I am giving a 3 star rating. I cannot rate them five stars after my bad experience. More
