Not accepting the price I was offering was not the reason for my negative review. Let me repeat: 1. I asked for a sales person. The individual I spoke with was not a sales employee according to your listing of employees. A simple answer saying that you could not accept my price proposal would have been acceptable 2. One of the justification he listed for his price proposal was the cost the dealership would have in bringing the vehicle to Lokey Subaru. He should have known better that I would have not assumed this cost instead of going to the source of the vehicle. The car I bought came from Bradenton, Fl. And my trip there would not have cost anywhere as much as he claimed. 3. The appropriate thing for him to do would have been just tell me no, without abrasive and condescending comments. If you had in fact listened to the recorded telephone conversation you could not have missed his comments.
