Best of the Best! I went in complaining about noise coming from under the front end after hitting a pot hole on I-95 in Miami (thanks Miami-Dade County Public Works!). I went in complaining about noise coming from under the front end after hitting a pot hole on I-95 in Miami (thanks Miami-Dade County Public Works!). Long story short, ended having to replace several front suspension and steering components. Joe Salerno is the man! He walked me through the estimate, negotiated with the insurance appraiser, and fixed my Outback as soon as everything was approved by my insurer. I cannot say enough good things about Joe, his shop, and the dealership. This is my FOURTH Subaru, and will never go back to any other brand! Love! P.S. For a moment, I thought I would have to purchase a new car, and Mike Kahuk walked me through possible trade in and purchase/lease options. He was a gentleman and very helpful! More

The waiting area is nice with Confortable chairs, coffee and tv. They kept me updated with the process and the cost was as I was expecting. I can’t say the same for the cashier. Totally different feeling. Very cold person, bad mood and actitud. The good thing is that I only spent a few minutes with her. I give them a 4 More
