I was given a quote of $337 for my breaks and rotors and was told it would take 2-4 hours to fix them. After 3 hours of waiting no one had worked on my car yet and Joe the service manager has a paper with $ was told it would take 2-4 hours to fix them. After 3 hours of waiting no one had worked on my car yet and Joe the service manager has a paper with $3900 worth of work he wants to do on my car that I did not ask him to evaluate because I have a guy fixing my car on Tuesday from an accident. He the. Tells me there was a miscommunication on my breaks and because they’re in such bad condition the price would go up. I tell him I wi have someone else fix them. He then tells me to wait in the waiting room and that my car will be ready in 20-30 minutes. After an hour of waiting I finally say something and I get my car but get charged $100 for him looking at my car which I NEVER asked him to do. I want a refund and I never want to come to this Subaru again this was the absolute worst experience after having such a bad car wreck on I-95 just two days before. I’ve had my Subaru for 5 years and have always loved getting work done at Subaru but not this time. I did meet a very nice salesman that day though named Toni and he was so kind telling me about new cars and updates next time I want to buy a new car I will make sure I buy it from him! More
