Don't close the deal with Finance Manager w/ou Sales Rep They are good in selling, not very friendly in explaining the details. They have their sales team giving you offers and agree on nubers and when you They are good in selling, not very friendly in explaining the details. They have their sales team giving you offers and agree on nubers and when you go to the financing office they give you another deal with much more costs involved. Then the worse come, you called the finance manager and he gives you an answer of why the costs were higher and then you have the sales director calling you and giving you another answer totally different? Who do we trust in this case? Besides that they delivered the car without the second key. More
