My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and after hours online we decided to shop for a new Subaru. I called and spoke with the GSM, explained what we wanted and our trade-in vehicle. I live in South Dakota and Olathe is a 6 hour drive so I wanted to make sure everything was in order before I made the trip. David was able to put everything together over the phone. We drove down and everything was exactly as he quoted. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. We were so impressed that I bought a second new Subaru from this dealership a few weeks later. I will recommend Olathe Subaru to everyone because they actually do what they say they will and there was none of the normal "dealership games" that we've experienced at other car dealerships. More
The dealer was well organized, fast, and very friendly. Normally at other dealerships this is when the pain begins, however Jeff outlined the additional services that were offered, we made our decision and the process was complete. Very easy process. Everyone provided information that assisted us in the car buying process, including long term care for the car. We left very pleased with the full experience. It would be the first place I would look for our next car for my wife or daughter when its time to purchase a car. Great car buying experience. More

I had been looking for a specific car, a bit hard to find. Found 2 Evolutions online at Olathe Subaru. I made a trip out to Olathe to see them and get some pricing. Brad was incredibly nice and was very helpful when I told him what I was looking for. Where most people might have wondered if I were serious about the car or not, Brad treated me with respect right away and helped me out. Even though I was about 3 weeks away from even being able to purchase the car, he still helped me get a test drive, even when I had no means to purchase the car at the time. Afterwards, he kept in touch with me the entire time. He was in constant contact with me, and answered every question I had promptly. He is a very genuine person, not trying to sell me on other things or act fake. I have a lot of respect for him and people who are like him. It was the easiest purchase i've had at a dealership. He also accomodated me when I didn't like certain things on the car, and had them replaced for me according to my likings. The rest of the guys there were very nice too. Emery was very helpful in finanace. If I happen to buy another Mitsubishi or Subaru, I will go back there for sure. More

Anthony Vaughan was very friendly, answered all my questions, and allowed me the time I needed to take two different vehicles out unencumbered to make my decision.
