He is knowledgeable and efficient. I have been driving Lexus sedans or SUVs for the past 30 years and recently rode in a friend's ne Forrester. I looked at the Porsche Macan and Cayenne, but found better value and many of the same features in the Forrester. I look forward to receiving excellent service from this dealership. More

Went for used, bought new Visited the dealership because they had a bigger selection of used vehicles than the Topeka dealership. After comparing the new and used I decided to Visited the dealership because they had a bigger selection of used vehicles than the Topeka dealership. After comparing the new and used I decided to go with New. The used vehicles were older vehicles with higher mileage. That helped make my decision to buy new. Subaru owners keep their vehicles longer and the vehicles last. Casey was very helpful with the purchase process and all my questions. Not a pushy salesman. He listened to me and didn't push for things that I didn't want. My only complaint is that Casey wasn't able to give me the $50 gift card that the delivery specialist would have given me if he hadn't taken a vacation. More

Having it my way sooooo Easy! Olathe Subaru has it all together. What made them better than the other dealerships was the fact that I could do it my way on my schedule. In fact the Olathe Subaru has it all together. What made them better than the other dealerships was the fact that I could do it my way on my schedule. In fact they insisted on it. From the outstanding service team to the sales floor it is a personal service all the way. Jordan and Patrick in the service department are fantastic in getting me in and out with top notch service on my 2013 Outback. While waiting a short time for service to finish on the Outback, I was looking at a new Outback with all of the updated Safety Technology thinking it was time for the Wife to have an upgrade. Darrell a sales associate walked up and asked if he could help me. So as Darrell and I were talking Jordan the service adviser walked up and said my car was ready and he parked it outside and to come by and see him when I was ready to checkout. Darrell had all the answers to my questions about the Safety Technology on the new Outback and was the nicest guy to work with. He knew I wanted to buy my Wife a new Outback, it was just a question about color. She knew she wanted a Pearl White one (via a telephone call). No problem they had it in stock. However with Darrell's infinite wisdom, he recommended that I bring her by to look at all the colors. That was a good idea because She chose Tungsten Metallic with a butter cream interior! Beautiful car and exactly what the Wife wanted. The short of it is Olathe Subaru makes having it your way sooooo easy! No kidding from service to sales to finance, it is the best dealership.
