I dropped my car with Dre. He explained what the car needed at the time, due to time passed, even though the mileage was low. I signed to have it all done. He offered me a loaner vehicle being it was going to be a long service, however I didn’t need it. The repair person sent a video, which made me feel more confident about what needed to be done. I had a direct contact number for Dre if I needed to reach out. When I went to pick up the car, the check out process was seamless. I appreciated the communication throughout the service appointment and will be back due to no high pressure. More
