Went in for a maintenance soon light. Ended up having to get a new tire that wasn't in stock. They offered a car rental that was ok. Brought my new car in for it's first oil change, tire rotation, etc and to have a dent pulled under the DGW Bundle Protection package I purchased. The service team checked to confirm the dent repair wa rotation, etc and to have a dent pulled under the DGW Bundle Protection package I purchased. The service team checked to confirm the dent repair was covered under my warranty purchase. Their system did not reflect this coverage for my car. Dre checked with the finance team. The finance team advised him that I had not purchasrd the paintless dent repair warranty coverage. Dre then informed me of his findings his conversation with finance. He then presented me with the option to pay out of pocket for the dent repair. I then had to retrieve my copy of the Paintless dent repair warranty. My car now needs to stay another day for the dent to be repaired. What is concerning to me was that Subaru finance records did not reflect my warranty purchase and I had to go out of my way to locate and present my copy of the warranty agreement. Had I not been able to provide proof, I would have been out of luck and the money I spent on the MAX Protection plan. I am now inconvenienced having to go another day without my vehicle. I wanted to say North Tampa Subaru Service team are top notch. Special shout out to Dre Reed and Brandon Napier. Brandon has been especially helpful on my many issues I experienced with the Ceramic application applied to my paint. Brandon's support has been nothing short of Top Notch! I wish everyone took as much effort to do whats right for the customer as he does! More
