My recent visit to have paintless dent repair took 3 days. The contract/warranty I purchased did not reflect under my profile and was initially denied. The contract/ warranty showed as Void. Jonathan P days. The contract/warranty I purchased did not reflect under my profile and was initially denied. The contract/ warranty showed as Void. Jonathan Parker took time to temporarily resolve the issue and my dent repair was done at no cost. However the bigger issue is the fact that my profile does not reflect this warranty coverage in Subaru's system. I would appreciate if someone could proactively ensure this happens without me having to follow up to make this happen. Jonathan Parker (JP) was extremely helpful and I appreciate his efforts with resolving temporarily. I want to feel confident that this does not occur again if the need presents itself at a future date. More
