I said no way, told him I was upside down in mine and he made the magic happen. He was a MONSTER! Candy was next to help me and she was fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I came back a few days later for the walk through with Seth and although I bought another Forester he was able to show me some things I did not know. He too was friendly and very knowledgeable. More

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. At first, they were nice to work with until the vehicle was delivered. The vehicle was delivered with several areas damaged, the back being the worst At first, they were nice to work with until the vehicle was delivered. The damage was never disclosed as well as a broken part inside the vehicle which is on “back order” for a month now. I wish this review could be better. Normal hassle in buying a car here compared to other dealerships. However, VERY UPSET with tires that came with a Certified Car! HARDLY 5/32 of an inch tread left. Experience was helter skelter. Had an appointment to come and see cars. Got there and person I was to meet was busy with someone else. Spoke to new person very helpful. I Left and went home to visit other brand dealerships. Actually negotiated price for the Subaru over the phone on a Sunday. Made an appointment to come back and buy the car a couple of days later. Again the person I had an appointment with was not available.Got a new person. Did paper work then waited 40 minutes to see a 'finance' person. Finally ended up buying the car. I was handed the keys and escorted to the door. and shown to the car. No body said thanks for buying a Subaru at this dealership, good luck or anything of that nature. We drove from Pasco County to do this deal. We expected a little more thanks then we got. . . More

This is the second Time I have been asked to rate this dealership on work they recently completed. I can only assume that the work was done correctly. But what upset me is the fact that I was not advised dealership on work they recently completed. I can only assume that the work was done correctly. But what upset me is the fact that I was not advised by the dealership of an ongoing issue when I called for information and therefore was cheated out of a battery replacement. To make matters worse, after the work was scheduled I did inquire about the cost of a 30,000 mile service on my vehicle and was given a bizarrely ridiculous quote. I found out later that my service called for inspections, but side on scene I was told that all of those service points had to be done to the tune of over $1100.
