Purchased a used car from them. Sales people were professional and even though they add some fees that added significantly to the sales price they were honest and up front about th Sales people were professional and even though they add some fees that added significantly to the sales price they were honest and up front about them. Once we were moved to the finance department (Marshall) things changed. In addition to waiting almost two hours to see him he was anything but honest and straight forward. Added charges we didn’t want and then tried to hide them. We called him out on them and thought we had them fixed. Ended up redoing the paperwork two days after the deal and even today (3 weeks later) we are dealing with extra payments he added onto the loan. Maybe just a one person problem, but I was asked to make a review so here you have it. More
