Largely incompetent. Salesperson told me blatant lies, and my used car was sold to me with a error message saying I needed a new battery. Went out for battery replacement, and they installed the wrong battery in the car I had to take the car to the manufacturer dealer to get it fixed. Was also told there was a prepayment penalty for financing, but upon reaching out directly to credit union who the financing was through, I was told this was false. More

One aspect that I particularly appreciated was the mechanic's video inspection. It made it incredibly easy to see exactly what needed to be replaced and understand why it was necessary. I will not be going back for service. My service manager waited until I hand been there for over three hours and work had begun on my vehicle on over $1300 of service before notifying me My service manager waited until I hand been there for over three hours and work had begun on my vehicle on over $1300 of service before notifying me that a payment policy change required me to pay the credit card fees. Also, someone from the dealership called me the previous day asking if I was interested in discussing selling my vehicle while I was in for service. Why not inform me of the policy change at that time so I could bring a check with me? I view this as deceptive at worst and poor customer service at best. I will not be returning. In fact, I will not be returning. More
