Saleswoman was fantastic. Everyone at the dealership seemed willing to help, but there was a significant delay in receiving my vehicle. I had the exact model, as well as interior/exterior colors that were non negotiable. I checked before I arrived that it was in stock and upon arrival, was told that it sold that morning, where I was offered a different exterior color, then a different interior color. Finally settled on having one brought in “tomorrow”. That was a Thursday. Friday, no car, was told Saturday. Saturday, no car, was told Sunday. Sunday, no car, received a call Monday saying it would be Monday evening. Didn’t hear anything until Tuesday morning that it would be ready Tuesday afternoon. While waiting 6 days in the grand scheme of things really isn’t a big deal, being strung along for almost a week gave the impression that my business wasn’t valued, and my time wasn’t respected. Having already signed all the paperwork, I had no choice but to keep waiting. Disappointed. More
