The service staff were professional. I had asked to get the shuttle home as I live less than 8 minutes away. Service person said it would only be 1 hour but it was closer to 2 hours. Sales people were good, not pushy and upfront. However, they run through the paperwork quickly without explaining much unless you ask questions. I wanted to put money down but went through everything quickly and didn’t realize they built everything out on zero down. This was quite frustrating. Furthermore, the sale was contingent on a repair, but all the paperwork was processed before the repair was even completed. Seems like their primary focus was on them rather than protecting the customers interests. Overall I’d recommend them, but take more time to read and ask questions on what you’re signing because they won’t explain it without prompting. More

Bought a certified preowned 2022 ascent it only had 20,000 miles on it however, after driving it for a couple of weeks, I noticed that the transmission was not shifting properly. I brought it to Saraso 20,000 miles on it however, after driving it for a couple of weeks, I noticed that the transmission was not shifting properly. I brought it to Sarasota Subaru and they are now replacing the clutch in the transmission.. I can’t imagine the technicians that “certified” this car missed the fact that it wasn’t shifting right when I realized it right away. So now I’ve been out of without a car for weeks Also, they promised me a second fob because the car only came with one key fob and I still don’t have it and I don’t have my registration card either. And it’s been a month already.. More
