When my Subaru Outback’s battery died, I telephoned Subaru of North Tampa for assistance. Service Manager Andy Matthew returned my call within 30 minutes. He helped me trouble shoot possible problems o Subaru of North Tampa for assistance. Service Manager Andy Matthew returned my call within 30 minutes. He helped me trouble shoot possible problems over the phone to eliminate problems other then a dead battery. Once I got the Outback to Subaru of North Tampa, Andy immediately got me into the shop to test the battery, as well as other engine components, to ensure it was a dead battery. Once that was done, a new battery was installed and I was out the door. Andy Matthew handled the complete process, without a hitch. Thank you, Andy. More
It was very challenging to have my specific questions answered by someone that doesn’t know Subaru. I had to ask repeatedly to get answers. I still don’t have clear answers on the sport mode. Very pushy environment, reminded me of shopping for a car 20 years ago. I purchased the car I wanted but it was an aggravating process. Anything that raises my blood pressure because I can’t have an adult conversation isn’t going to generate positive feedback. Lots of BS hidden fees the salesman couldn’t explain. A lot of talk of a mystery manager I never met. Despite getting not one, but two managers calling me prior to my arrival. Talk about badgering. Meanwhile I drove home in a car that needs a front end alignment despite being assured it was a Certified Preowned (had to ask that question 6 times for a straight answer. I’ve already noted the salesman of this issue and asked him to document with his manager. But have not had any phone call from the manager. I should have been given a different salesman when it was clear mine didn’t like me or know much about Subaru. More

I have to say Talih was very professional and kept me informed thru out the transaction. Even remembered things we had discussed on the phone prior to arriving..
