I called and Dart was the first person I spoke to and then I spoke to Chris who didn’t B.S me about the car the trade value and the payment! Jake Smith is the absolute BEST! He doesn't make a repair to my car, he doesn't personally take me to lunch while I wait. He offered a loaner even though he knows I don't mind waiting. But, while acknowledging that suggested I consider it. In moment up came the car and I was off to complete. Errands. Everyone likes Jake! What's not to like? If I had a daughter of suitable age, I'd want him to marry her! He is a fine representative of your dealership yes, most certainly - but much more importantly, he is a fine young GENTLEMAN that makes the world a little bit better for folks every day.
