I originally spoke with Jesse the used car manager & he set me up with Sales Consultant Alvaro Castillo to go thru the car purchase & trade in. Both were great to work with & very accomedating & Profession set me up with Sales Consultant Alvaro Castillo to go thru the car purchase & trade in. Both were great to work with & very accomedating & Professional. We had a few minor setbacks but were able to finalize & pick up our Crosstrek yesterday. We were very pleased with all involved to make the process as smooth as possible.
