Andy and Jake always go above and beyond. They were able to get me a loaner for my 40 mile commute and helped me work with Subaru to get my AC nice and cold again. Made appointment on internet, never got a confirmation email. called and double checked that the recall part was in stock for my 2018 Subaru Forester. they said yes, I get there 4 days later and 30 minute email. called and double checked that the recall part was in stock for my 2018 Subaru Forester. they said yes, I get there 4 days later and 30 minutes after that they tell me they don't have the part and I would have to come back, I was also having the tires rotated and balanced at the same time. that was completed and TOOK 2 HOURS, which is crazy to me. I came back the next week and after 10 minutes the come and tell me that they want $98 to remove my bull guard on the front of my car to replace the Condenser as part of the recall... I stare at the tech and say "you want $98 to remove 4 - 7/8" bolts because that's all the holds the bull/cattle guard on... after some silence I said "give me two wrenches and I will take it off, or better yet I will go home take it off and they go to another dealership for the recall." After the Tech talked with there manager they decided to "cover" this removal cost. However after they are done and I get my car back I see no marks on the bolts to remove the bumper, (these are black spay painted bolts where paint would have come off easily which sockets or wrenches) no missing paint. so I wonder if they even removed it at all. I guess they were just seeing if I was a dolt and they could make money off me... More
