I was on my way to my house in Annamaria and called the dealership to get information on a car and walking away price. When I got to the dealership the salesman gave me a price that was plus or -$3000 high dealership to get information on a car and walking away price. When I got to the dealership the salesman gave me a price that was plus or -$3000 higher than the price that he gave me on the phone when I was very clear on what I was asking him. They took some money off the price to get it closer to what they suggested on the phone. That being said it was still over $1000 higher than what I was told. Very inconvenient since I was driving from Pennsylvania to Ana Maria and I made the stop at the Tampa dealership with the assumption that I was getting accurate information on the phone. That was not the case. I just found out today that my Starlink service does not work from Pennsylvania to start my car which I keep in Ana Maria. Very disappointed since I paid for the service only because the salesman assured me that I could start my car from Pennsylvania. Not the case and I am extremely disappointed . More

Dealership is great and friendly. Service dept does a good job, however, we did have some issues after our last service.
