Great customer service from beginning to end. I came in due to a flat tire I had while driving on interstate 275. I always bring by Ascent in for routine maintenance and receive a warm welcome with prompt service. This last visit required a complete replacement of my transmission. Darrel immediately owned ensure I was taken care of a warranty covered major issue with ease, including finding me a loaner vehicle adequate for the 2 week period of repairs. You typically hear horror stories about situations like this, especially in tight economic times like now, but Darrel and the whole North Subaru team handled everything quickly, efficiently and with great care.
