Oversight? I don’t know how you can say that when my receipt showed that these services were “performed”. I would call it laziness or incompetence from the “technicians”. Losing customers trust is not something to be proud of. I haven’t decided if I will ever bother to return, even though I’ve used your dealership for the 7 years that I’ve lived here in Ave Maria. Your response doesn’t who I should speak with in the Service Department. I have absolutely no issue with the Service Advisor, David Straus.
