I am not unhappy with the actual service center, however when i called to make my appointment i was told the total price would be $$$ and then when i checked in for my appointment i was told the price which when i called to make my appointment i was told the total price would be $$$ and then when i checked in for my appointment i was told the price which was double what i was quoted. That to me is just uncalled for especially when he put me on hold to confirm the price. More

Made appointment on line in advance. Service advisor was quick and helpful- also informed me that it was his last day there. I chose to wait for my car in lounge. Lounge is rather small for all the customers waiting. Could use more of the comfortable chairs as most customers there are older & wait time can take up to a few hours. I appreciate the snacks, water & coffee. Also noted that the area was cleaned up and restocked a few times while I was there. Everything looked very clean and my car was ready in less than 3 hours. I was pleasantly surprised to get a video from the service department showing my engine filter before being replaced and other checks on the car. I like that they inform me that breaks are good but will most likely need to be replaced by next service. More
