Joe Rondinelli is the best customer service person that Subaru could have in that position. Fantastic customer service and friendly and courteous. I had to have a new tire installed and the installer for Subaru could have in that position. Fantastic customer service and friendly and courteous. I had to have a new tire installed and the installer forgot to put the center Subaru cap back on. They were extremely busy that day. I called in and advise the office of the mishap. About 30 minutes later I get a call from Joe and he advises me that he is going to bring the cap to my house and install the cap after he gets off work. And sure enough Joe did exactly that. Now that is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
