I was on a tight schedule when I arrived early in the morning to drop off my truck for service. There was a line for my regular Service Manager Gary, Christopher noticed the line building up and asked wh morning to drop off my truck for service. There was a line for my regular Service Manager Gary, Christopher noticed the line building up and asked who I was there to see but instead of continuing what he was working on, he stopped to assist Gary and get me checked in quickly. When I picked my vehicle up, it was clean on the inside and out. I got an oil change and tire rotation, and the area around the oil fill was clean and the tires were rotated, tire filled correctly and the sensors were calibrated correctly. And as always Gary provided excellent service. That is why I trust my truck service with DeVoe GMC. More

I have left voice mials, e. ials, and texts to John over three days with no response. I have had my Forester serviced in the Chicago area and someone calls back within 60 minutes ials, and texts to John over three days with no response. I have had my Forester serviced in the Chicago area and someone calls back within 60 minutes if I can't get through. Usually, some answers in Service there and helps me. I apparently gave to be standing in front of John and the service is just OK. I am not a Karen, but this sucks. Maybe I can get better responsiveness in Fort Myers or Serasota dealerships. Fix this! I had a 10:30 appointment to have my rear view mirror changed. I waited 1 1/2 hours. Way too long. And labor was $86. It didn’t even take 15 minutes to fix.
