I HAVE LEASED TWO SUBARU FORESTER'S FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED BOTH TIMES. THE CURRENT SALES MANAGER IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND IS VERY STRAIGHT WITH ME. I FEEL NO PRESSU DEALERSHIP AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED BOTH TIMES. THE CURRENT SALES MANAGER IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND IS VERY STRAIGHT WITH ME. I FEEL NO PRESSURE. THE SERVICE DEPT.- AND I MOSTLY WORK WITH RONNIE LICARI HAS BEEN EXCELLANT TO ME. MY CAR IS ALWAYS TAKEN ON TIME AND IS ALWAYS READY ON TIME. THEY TOO ARE VERY HONEST ABOUT ANY WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AND ARE UPFRONT ABOUT THE COST. I AM STRONGLY CONSIDERING LEASING A 3RD VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. this is our 4th car we buy new ,normally we always by Toyota buy this time my husband and i we decided we need to change. my husband likes the caramel bronze pearl color and the only dealer who have it Toyota buy this time my husband and i we decided we need to change. my husband likes the caramel bronze pearl color and the only dealer who have it was Morristown Subaru. so we went there and get the price we want buy the car. people were so nice not pushy , not like some other dealers were they basically harass you. i told my husband the experience we got was like buying a milk so easy no stress, I will buy again from them !!!!! Everyone was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. They make you feel very welcomed. They are an awesome service & parts department! Wouldn't go anyhere else!!!!! I had a very good buying experience working with Greg and Alex. They showed treated patience as we changed our car selection several time before settling on the Impreza hatchback. I am a friendly positive person, and usually have people reciprocate that. I was treated well and had good conversations with the staff. The mechanic took me under the car and showed me exactly what was goi reciprocate that. I was treated well and had good conversations with the staff. The mechanic took me under the car and showed me exactly what was going on, explained what could use work and what needed work. He also showed me how i can fix a couple things myself with minimal labor, as i expressed my liking to learn to work on my own vehicle. He was very honest and didn't mind at all me watching him and even explained a few things along the way, which i was very happy about. Very happy that i lucked out with an honest friendly and experienced mechanic, thanks wayne. The only downside to the experience was the price, wayne worked so quickly and got the job done so fast that i thought i would only be charged for a couple hours, but my labor bill came out to be around $600 for less than 3 hours of work. And when asked why this was the amount charged, i was let known that they average out different mechanics's time to put forth an all around labor charge. An unfair, not cost effective system. I was so satisfied with the mechanic and all that i bit my tongue and let it slide, but it was a completely unfair price for work i watched being done. and i know all that money isn't going to Wayne, or i wouldn't be so upset. Money-Grubbers. and i would definitely not have done any of it had a less friendly mechanic working on it. So they're lucky to have Wayne. If you don't mind spending all your money, come here for good work(probably not always good). But just remember, if your like me and like to watch and communicate, you'll have a better experience talking directly with the mechanic than the people at the front desk. More
my transfer plates were lost or misplaced... never found out what happened bc Anthony, salesperson and General Manager George would not returned phone calls to either myself or my husband. I was promised by George that someone would come out to my house and place plates on my car when they were found but when they finally came in he told the receptions, Jessica, to tell me that his offer not longer was valid bc my plates were transfer plates and I needed to sign for them. George was not able to tell me personally. My husband and I had to hound and call constantly to get plates. they never returned phone calls. The one time I spoke to George, he was rude and hung up phone on me. Typical "salesmen" only nice when they want to make a sale!! More
Absolutely the worst car buying experience I ever had. Was not given the incentive APR 2.9% financing. When asked why they gave me some BS story about not being able to qualify if my son is a co-signer. M Was not given the incentive APR 2.9% financing. This is our families third Subaru in 3 years. Love the product, hate the dealer. Never again with Subaru of Morristown!! More
I had a great experience today with Anthony one of the sales personnel, but his manager George Miranda is the most abrasive and rude people you will ever meet. He said "I'm not here to play games with you." i do not recommend this dealership because of George Miranda, sales manager of Subaru of Morristown. More
This was the first car we purchased at Subaru of Morristown. We weren't planning on going here but we had such a bad experience at a close by dealership with fast talking salesmen that we decided to Morristown. Al Rowe was great to us without forcing anything upon us. He talked to us like normal people and didn't consider us just dollar signs. He was very straight to the point, honest and made our experience hassle free. We are happy with choosing a Subaru at this dealership. More
