Customer Experience Excellence I had a great experience buying my first Subaru after visiting other Subaru dealers including BMW dealers. I decided to buy the Forester Premium model I had a great experience buying my first Subaru after visiting other Subaru dealers including BMW dealers. I decided to buy the Forester Premium model with EyeSight Driver Assist System, part of the Option Package 15. On the day of picking my Forestor, Anthony explained all features of the GPS Navigation, especially the voice command, enable and disable EyeSight Driver Assist System in great length and details. I am impressed as his in-depth knowledge patience answering questions. In summary, The price is great and the purchas experience is excellent. More

All replies came back with different models of Subaru vehicles. I ended up getting a Crosstrek through Subaru of Morristown. They are an hour from my home but they had the best price on the internet for the model and color that I wanted. Enterprise was on the same street within a very short walking distance and they offer one way rentals so you can rent locally and drop the car off at their Morristown office. They then offer to give you a free ride to Subaru for those that prefer not to walk. I feel lucky they I got Anthony Emerick when I clicked on the request quote link. He left me a voicemail and sent an email with a quote lower than the internet price. It was nice to be given an option on which way to continue communicating with him. He is a very sincere, knowledgeable, receptive, amiable person. It made all phases of the transaction run smoothly and at my pace. I was never pressured or rushed into this transaction. After the sale he gave me a tour of the facility so I would be familiar on where to go for accessories that I had ordered and future maintenance along with making introductions to employees from that department. He then took the time without being asked to go through the functionality of every feature of the car and paired my cell phone to the vehicle. He also made it clear for me to feel free to contact him any time in the future if I run into any questions about the car. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a car. More

Used to be a great dealership, but no more. I have purchased 4 cars from their dealership in the past (2 Subarus and 2 Toyotas). They were always up front and honest, but no more. I had contacted Anthony Emerick regarding a Subaru XV Crosstrek. Via email we had agreed on a price. When my wife got there they tried to tack on the $825 destination charge that all other dealers include in their price. Needless to say she left a disappointed customer. The dealership is no longer an honest one like they used to be. Update 5/2014 - I was contacted by Elizabeth Brauer (Owner) as she had concerns regarding the above review. I emailed her back and that was the last I heard from her. No follow up on behalf of the dealership. I guess they are just not interested in customer service at all. More

Too Salesy Salesman was to much of a "salesman" and not enough of a person. Other than that, the overall experience was acceptable. Thanks to the efforts of Franco Marini, I was able to get a better interest rate than what I received with my pre-approved auto loan. If you are in the market for a Subaru and live in/near Northern New Jersey, I would highly recommend Subaru of Morristown. Upon entry into the sales showroom, I was kindly greeted and right away my salesperson, whom I was appointed, welcomed me and introduced himself. His name is Anthony Emerick. I had an idea of the car model and trim that I wanted to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. Within a couple of minutes, Anthony had the car prepared for me to test drive. During the test drive, Anthony pointed out all the features that I didn't all ready know and re-emphasized the uniqueness of the vehicle I was driving. After deciding that I wanted to purchase this vehicle, we put in an order with the specifics that I wanted. The typical turnaround for my order could have been about 1-2 months. Astoundingly, I received a call from Anthony that we had a stroke of good luck and my car was ready for pick within a couple weeks of the ordering. We ended financing the vehicle and that process went as smoothly as anyone could imagine, as well. Overall, Subaru of Morristown, and Anthony in particular, treated my wife and I as VIPs and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. We will definitely come back ;) More
