While driving on North I-79, could not avoid hitting a very scared doe. Took first exit off to inspect the vehicle and then called Subaru of Morgantown since the engine light, cruise light, etc. would n very scared doe. My daughter is a student at WVU and she took our car in for routine service. She was a little nervous doing this on her own. Everyone was very nice & explained what they were going to do for the servic for routine service. She was a little nervous doing this on her own. Service department went above and beyond and saved me over $1,000 by replacing the original tires under warranty when they wore down unevenly at only 18K miles. They also did a 4-wheel alignment and exp over $1,000 by replacing the original tires under warranty when they wore down unevenly at only 18K miles. Glad I waited until I got home. Quick and courteous. Angela and Bryan were very helpful and treated me with respect. Went for warranty repairs, which does not always go well. Had to battle with them over warranty coverage when I went for warranty repairs about 1 1/2 years ago. This time, very courteous, friendly, and accommodating and service was great. And they determined that I actually should get the same warranty work on a second wheel.
