Salesperson Jared was nice. I got the car and then 5 days later my CEL turned on and i took it to the dealer. It was out for just over 2 weeks and I got a loaner, however the se I got the car and then 5 days later my CEL turned on and i took it to the dealer. It was out for just over 2 weeks and I got a loaner, however the service was very unresponsive and still haven’t sent me my receipt for the work done. They told me it was a fault sensor on the brake booster system and that it would be done tuesday-thursday. I got it friday at 3 pm. When I picked up my car they told me it wasn’t just the brake booster—- but corrosion on the brakes system on a car with 300 miles. And when i picked up my car after repairs were done—part of my dash was popped out and my eyesight was disabled for a while which is probably normal. But they had not driven my car a single mile since I dropped it off and picked it up and it is a little concerning considering they worked on my brake system. Purchased a used vehicle 1-30-26. Vehicle went into the Service Department 2-9-26 with engine issues. Texted my sales lady numerous times and asked to trade the vehicle for a new on Vehicle went into the Service Department 2-9-26 with engine issues. Texted my sales lady numerous times and asked to trade the vehicle for a new one as it was obvious this vehicle had some issues. I was told her General Manager, Sales Manager and Service Manager were all aware of the issue and were working on a solution. She advised she would keep me updated, which she did not. Finally received a call from Service Manager Josh on 3-18-26 to tell me the engine was out of the car and it needed a new head along with head gaskets. I told Josh I was trying to get someone from sales management to call me as I wanted to return the vehicle and get my money refunded. Josh agreed the vehicle should be bought back but advised that wasn’t his call. I asked Josh to please have a sales manager call me. Evening of 3-19-26 I texted Josh to see if he passed along my request. Josh said that he did. I waited awhile longer because no one had called me. I called the dealership and got Jeff, used car Sales Manager. I told Jeff my issues and that nobody from Management had called me until I spoke with Josh yesterday. Jeff seemed empathetic and asked if I was still willing to trade out of the vehicle for a new one. I told him I was as long as I didn’t lose a bunch of money and he advised he would talk to the GM and call me back. Jeff called back and was an a$$ accusing me of not telling him the whole story. He said Josh called me yesterday and I told him I told him that information and he denied me saying it. I told Jeff I recorded the conversation if he wanted to hear it and he stated all calls into the dealership were recorded. Jeff said Subaru is paying for your repairs on a seven year old vehicle and he wasn’t sure what else I wanted. He acted like he was doing me a favor selling me a xxx and Subaru agreed to fix it. I told him I was given a 3 month, 3000 mile power train warranty and didn’t know why he thought he was doing me a favor. The call was ended and I’m pretty much out of $4,000 or $5,000 when I go trade this car in. I will never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone. CROOKS! More
