I have owned 7 Subarus in my life and I have loved each one. The car is great! My experience with the previous owner was also great . However, the new management has disappointed me. The service depart one. The car is great! My experience with the previous owner was also great . However, the new management has disappointed me. The service department's summaries were less detailed; they denied my claim on my 8-year extended warranty without offering me any other options. In spite of this lackluster performance, I was ready to purchase a Solterra from them. However, the original payment they offered me suddenly tripled when the deal was about to be finalized. That was after waiting almost 3 weeks for them to get their computer software rebooted after the ransom hack. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable with their experience, sincerity, and knowledge . This dealership has lost my loyal patronage. The salesmen, Jonathan, was friendly, courteous, and respectful, but the overall experience did not inspire confidence. More

While driving on North I-79, could not avoid hitting a very scared doe. Took first exit off to inspect the vehicle and then called Subaru of Morgantown since the engine light, cruise light, etc. would n very scared doe.
