I especially appreciated the time taken by Tom to go through 'Car School', the condensed manual and rest of materials in black binder, and then sitting in the Forester and seeing/trying out what I needed to know to drive the Forester off the lot safely. I went to Kupper to look for something that had all-wheel drive and got somewhat decent gas mileage because I have a long commute to work. Tom and the others at Subaru did not jerk me around, they told me what was possible and what may not be possible and made sure that I clearly understood everything before we got to far into the process. It only took two test drives and I had found my car! We filled out the application that night, and the next day I got the call saying it was mine!! Talk about a CRAZY feeling. I purchased a 2013 Subaru Impreza and I absolutely LOVE it!! My experience at Kupper Subaru and the people who helped me will not be something I'll forget.
