I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone if they're looking for a car. One of the only times I didn't feel uneasy and pressured when buying a car. Took a test drive in a few of the cars, then put the whole thing on hold for a week. When we came back, we wanted to try one more test drive before making a decision. Becky was always ready with the keys and answers to our questions. When we decided to buy, we got a call and had to leave about 5 minutes into the paperwork. When we returned the next morning everything was set to go. The whole thing only required about 20 minutes of office time / paperwork, and was completely painless. Becky went through the details of the car with us after the paperwork, and introduced us to the service staff at the dealership. Very pleased! More

Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Most salesmen just want to sell you a car, Tom Fetsch wanted to make sure we purchased the right vehicle for us. He was very patient, and very thorough in his explanation of all options on the vehicle. We were (are) exceptionally impressed with the "eyesight" option. The solidness and quietness of the vehicle are also exceptional. There is more to buying a vehicle than getting the lowest possible price. I am convinced we got the best value, not only with the vehicle, but with the support available at the dealership. I am sure we will be back again in the future. More

We were introduced to each department and greeted very nicely at each station. The sales staff went out of their way to show us features on the Outback and Forester. They answered each and every question that I asked of them. They were very knowledgable about the cars features. Becky Sharff was our sales person and we enjoyed the way she explained the details of the car to the financing of the car. Scott then finished the financial details in which he explained the extended warranty to us. We did purchase the extended warranty. I would give the entire staff an A grade because they seemed so happy that we trusted in them and purchased a Subaru. I am confident that when we need service we will be handled with care and understanding. More

I've always liked the Subaru Outback, but never had I've always liked the Subaru Outback, but never had an opportunity to own one before. My wife & I spent months scouring the country for deals, offers I've always liked the Subaru Outback, but never had an opportunity to own one before. My wife & I spent months scouring the country for deals, offers, sales, etc...and wound up meeting Tom Fetsch on-line. After a few months of back & forth, we finally made the trek to Mandan (100+ miles one way). Truth be told - we were shocked at the level of service, honesty, & sincerity we encountered. It was the day of their annual Christmas party, so one would expect rushed service, hurry up & make a decision, & so forth. Not the case - at all. Our test drive was an experience, an adventure unlike anything I've done before - & that's saying something. I can almost assure you that our time at the dealership was spoken of with smiles during their annual party, which my wife threatened to crash, & I'm sure we would've been welcomed! :) To make a long story short, we left the dealership with not one, but two brand new 2014 Subaru's that evening. One Crystal Black Crosstrek Premium and one simply stunning Outback - top of the line with Saddle leather interior, eyesight, etc... I have never felt better about any vehicle my wife has driven - period. It's honestly the most amazing vehicle I've owned - including the luxury phase we went through years ago. If you are in the market for a vehicle, any vehicle, my strongest recommendation is that you look not only at Subaru, but at Mandan's Kupper Subaru. Talk with Tom, take a drive (preferably around the pines, lol...) & experience the efforts of what a united world can provide for you. If you're from the ND area, it's easy to reach. If you're from anywhere else in the country, it's worth the trek, speaking as one who has no shame in flying to another city to purchase an auto.
