Kupper Subaru is awesome! I've purchased three Subaru's from Kupper, and the salestaff (shout out to Becky!!) and Darrell were terrific. They were great when I bought my first two Subarus ( a Forrester, Outback), but really exceptional when I had to buy a new car after my 2013 Outback was completely totaled last summer! The police towed my crushed Subaru to Kupper on Monday, and I was in my new Forrester by Thursday. Both Becky and Darrell worked hard to get me in my car fast, and at the best price for me. More

I told the sales staff (mainly Joe) exactly what my budget was, and what I needed to find in a new car. Joe made it possible for me to close the deal in one afternoon and locate the color I wanted . His test drive manner was great, as he explained all of the advantages of the Impreza and showed me how things worked thoroughly. The entire staff was upbeat and fun and acted like they really wanted me to be happy and pleased, and I was and am!!!! More

I only had one issue with an oil plug not being installed properly and Kupper took care of it with no charge to me. More

I have worked with Gary, Kendall, Jordan and Shane.(and Jan before she moved to a different position) All these folks are excellent at their jobs and genuinely care about the customer. Which it was because of numerous features that were on the 2016 and not on the 2015. The communication about the progress of the car arrival was Great. On deliver of the vehicle we were given a very special and informative overview of the features and functions of the 2016 Legacy. Our experience was one of pleasure and service like none other. It is fixed. Experienced a sensor problem so my gas gauge was not recording accurately. Everyone that I talked with, or worked with, was friendly and explained exactly what I needed to know. I would definitely recommend them in the future. I most definitely receive courteous service. They make you feel like they truly valued my business. More
