The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable and paid close attention to me. We took a test drive in the two cars I had an interest in and she was able to point out features and benefits. She was extremely helpful, but not pushy. When my car arrived both my salesperson and finance person continued to answer questions in a friendly fashion, explaining all the options. I had a short time to meet with them and they went out of their way to take care of me so that I could take the car with me that day. I would certainly recommend them as a dealership from which to purchase a car. More

When there was an issue with the vehicle I custom ordered, and given Kupper Subaru had nothing but great service, they made sure I got what I ordered. When there was an issue with the vehicle I custom ordered, and given the situation I was placed in, they offered to order me a brand new 2016 vehicle which was higher in value, for the same price to compensate for the mistake. They made a mistake, they owned up to it, and they stuck to their word. Tom Fetsch even drove my vehicle up to me in Minot, ND free of charge to make things right. Would do business with them again no doubt in my mind and would recommend others to deal with this dealership. Genuine service, people, and pricing. They eased all of my stress I had when it came to trading in my 2013 XV Crosstrek and now I am the proud owner of a brand new 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. Thanks for the experience and for aiding to the many memories I will be making in my new vehicle for years to come. More

Great customer service and quality work Kupper Subaru service went out their way to schedule an oil change at a time that was convenient for me, even though I was just passing through town a Kupper Subaru service went out their way to schedule an oil change at a time that was convenient for me, even though I was just passing through town and am not a regular customer. They were thorough, replacing wind shield wipers and ensuring that my car was winter ready, in addition to the oil change. Staff changed the batteries in my car remote starters; my regular Subaru dealer/service center told me to go to Walmart when I asked them if they would replace the batteries. Service was quick; the cost was very reasonable; and staff were pleasant. I have experienced service from Subaru dealers in five states; this service center rises to the top! If I were in the market for a new Subaru, I would com to this dealer, even though I live in a different state. More

It was a great day and place and the staff made it that way! I was looking at the possibility of buying a new vehicle and I was interested in looking at a couple of subaru's. It turned out to be such a great experience. Tom did not rush me and he really took his time getting to know my needs and what I was looking for in a vehicle. I was amazed at this approach since, unlike others, I do not usually find this experience fun. He certainly gained my trust as the day went on. I could even tell as we sat there that he was thinking about what they had that would fit my needs and likes in a vehicle. He helped me narrow it down and answered all my questions. I ended up trading in my vehicle and buying one off the lot that day. I need to add that before I did that, Tom had spent several hours with me. the one I test drove was the one I bought. He also took me through what he called car school and I found that really helpful. I took notes on some important things I needed to know about the vehicle that I was buying. Tom made the experience a great one. I was so impressed with his knowledge, customer service, and I really did drive away knowing that I had made a good decision and that Tom had invested a lot of time with me because he didn't just want to make a sale. He wanted me to be happy and satisfied with my new vehicle! More
