The service department provided excellent service when I had "car crises" during visits to Bismarck. So last year when I decided purchase a Crosstrek, I traveled the 10 hours to Bismarck to purchase it...and had a great experience. Given this past experience, it made sense to return for my new Forester. Again, Tom was kind, fair, and thorough and other staff did their job efficiently. I left feeling great about this experience and the amazing Forester. And felt even better about Tom's thoroughness when he called later to let me know that I had forgotten something! More
