Customer Satisfaction I totaled my car and was in need of a different car. I dealt with Austin Berger and he was more than gacious. Went into Kupper Subaru with questions and where I met Tom Fetsch. Tom is real personable, not pushy answered some of my questions. We took a test drive, I was a little nervous but Tom made it fun. I was soon relaxed and loving the Forester. Although I loved the vehicle Tom made the sale! Tom also made me comfortable about all my questions and that I could contact him at any time. Tom did find the car that spoke to me and I couldn't be happier with my new ride. I now call Tom the 'Car Whisperer' !! There was never pressure to purchase. The Team was friendly and Welcoming.
