When the 2021 Crosstreks came in and my car coincidentally started smoking he drove her over to my workplace since I didn't have muc old car to die. Such kind customer service Had an emergency flat tire on my 2020 Outback Touring while traveling across the country and was lucky it was in Mandan, North Dakota. Service departm Had an emergency flat tire on my 2020 Outback Touring while traveling across the country and was lucky it was in Mandan, North Dakota. Service department was patient and helpful while they squeezed me in between their other appointments. They were creative about solving the problem, were welcoming to me and my two dogs while we waited at the dealership (since I was 1,500 miles from home and had to wait there!) and got me safely back on the road within the day. They made a hard situation so much easier and made me feel thankful that I had chosen a Subaru for my new car. Can't thank them enough! More
