Everything is great We have never owned a Subaru before, and everything from sales to service has been great since our purchase about 6-7 months ago. We were given a good trade in value and did not at all feel pressured. Since the purchase we have visited the service department twice for scheduled maintenance, and neither time did it take even one hour, and that was without an appointment (granted, both times I arrived early, but that still amazes me). Everyone there treats us wonderfully. More

Can not get Service department too busy to talk on the phone to schedule oil change. Left name and number yesterday, but still they have not called back today.
