I find them to be misleading and extremely deceiving, I am a 59-year-old Army veteran, I have bought new cars in North Carolina, Alabama, Kansas, Georga, Arkansas and Missouri. This is THE WORST dealership I have ever dealt with ESPECIALLY the store manager & finance Manager! DO NOT TRUST anything they say! Make them print off the paperwork and let you read it. I WAS not given the actual paperwork until the next day. Everything was done on a tablet/desk-top not on paper, Items were added discounts were not given (Military 500-dollar discount advertised by Subura was not deducted from the price) & I did not even receive the window sticker until the next day, and it did not match what I was told. They used a finance company (Chase) that they had a business connection with not the one I TOLD them I wanted to use (USAA) and was preapproved for. They ran my credit through Chase without my permission. When I tried to read the paperwork on the table/desk top I was not allowed to and told if I needed to see it before I signed, they would have to print it out and I would have to go back to the show room and wait. (GO WAIT IN THE SHOW ROOM & MAKE THEM PRINT IT OUT). I was given $2000 less for my trade in (a 2018 fully loaded Mercades C-class with 50,600 miles) I received 14,000 when I was told over the phone, I would receive 16,000. At every level they are untrustworthy. Side note the car itself is great! Subura is a great car my Outback is outstanding in every way; But if I had to do it over, I would have bought a different brand just because of the dealership. Do not confuse this dealership review with the service department, the service department seems to be very good and are respectful a 100times better than the dealership. The names of the finance department and sales manage do not a paper legible on any of my paperwork only a illegible scribble. Probably to keep them from being identified by name. I sent a complaint letter to Subaru, and only received an e-mail apologizing to the situation saying they would follow up with me which they never did. More
