The first time we stopped by, Cody Helton greeted us, took us on a test drive, and did a super job of filling us in on all the features the Outback had to offer. When we returned to the dealership a couple of days later, Cody wasn’t available, but Rob Fredericks stepped up to the plate, answering all of our questions and explaining features we hadn’t even thought about. Both men were extremely helpful and professional-never “pushy”. When we told Rob we were interested in making a purchase, he spoke to the manager and they made us an unbelievably good offer. We accepted, and look forward to many years of reliable transportation in our new Outback! More

Deceptive practices Paid $8000.00 to Subaru of Kings Auto Mall for an engine re-manufacturing. Procedure took 6 months. I was told before the project started I would Paid $8000.00 to Subaru of Kings Auto Mall for an engine re-manufacturing. Procedure took 6 months. I was told before the project started I would receive a 36 month/ 100, 000 mile warranty. When the project was completed, I was denied a warranty held by Subaru of Kings Auto mall. I was told that the warranty was held by the company that did the engine re-manufacturing work. The warranty was not available for review until two month after the repair was completed. . I advised in writing, my position to the Service Manager, General Manager, and CEO of Subaru of America, that I was lead to believe that Subaru was providing me with the warranty as stated by the Service Manager. Their response was unprofessional and at best, deceptive. The Director of Customer service, whom I contact at Subaru of America Corporate, told me “The issue was between me and Subaru of Kings Auto mall.” I consulted a lawyer to examine the warranty and was told “The warranty provided by the re-manufacturing company was not comprehensive to the degree necessary to make it valid.” He stated it was worthless. I will never purchase a Subaru again and made a pledge to share this experience with as many of my professional colleagues as possible. I am still pursuing and will continue to pursue my right to have a warranty held by Subaru Kings Auto Mall. More
