I recently made a purchase from this dealership. I was amazed at their ability to change the customer experience into one that wasn’t typical of the normal car buying experience. These guys made it a simple and easy experience. If you also hate the normal “dance” of buying a car (4 hours at the dealership, sales guys going back and forth to “get the deal you want w/ the finance guys”, etc.) I didn’t experience any of this xx here. Excellent customer service. I called ahead of time, gave them all my info and they had everything ready when I go there! Better than Carvana in my opinion. Thanks to Mark and Stephen for taking such great care of us! My next new or used car purchase will be from Subaru at the Kings Auto Mall. More

I am driving from Dayton. When I pulled up in the morning, I was about the 5th car in a long line for a scheduled routine service appointment. I told them I had to wait on the car so if it wasn't goi morning, I was about the 5th car in a long line for a scheduled routine service appointment. I told them I had to wait on the car so if it wasn't going to be done in 2 hours I would take a loaner car and come back the next day. 2 1/2 hours later I was told it needed new brakes and a light fixed (which I told them about from the beginning). It would take a "good" hour. I declined the repair and asked for my car back so I could make the hour return trip to Dayton. I gave THEM the option so that they could have a satisfied customer. Half of a day was used up and I still did not receive the complete maintenance I needed. It will have to wait until spring when I have another day to waste. More

Had our Outback in for service on Friday morning for a recall and they were amazing. Car was completed much faster than I anticipated and done flawlessly.
