I bought a new Crosstrex on November 30th and financed through Chase Bank Subaru Financing. Today is January 8th and I still have not received my memorandum of title so I can buy license plates. I inquired with the salesman who sold me the car and he said he would get back to me when he found out why. I still have not heard back 6 days later. I am 69 years old and have bought at least a dozen new cars. Never experienced anything this unprofessional. Update: I was contacted today and given an alternative so I can get my license plates. The salesman contacted me also and apologized that he forgot to update me. I have revised my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. More

He was accessible, and very knowledgeable. I was looking for the wireless charger to be included and Sean informed me that the system was overheating the phone and therefore is now unavailable.
