I absolutely enjoy this dealership. I bought my 2009 Outback from John and I have loved the car. He was great to work with and patient with my questions. Every time I am back for service, I make sure to stop in and tell him how pleased I am with the car. Lydia always is pleasant to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. The best part about working with this dealership and Lydia is that they are honest. I trust their work and I trust their ethics. 5 may be the highest rating I can give them, but they are a 6 in my book. This dealership is the reason I will continue to drive a Subaru. More
I was a little leery about taking my 98 Subaru Outback in for service at the dealership but, Subaru of Kennesaw and Wendy in the service department immediately put me at ease with their warmth and hospitalit for service at the dealership but, Subaru of Kennesaw and Wendy in the service department immediately put me at ease with their warmth and hospitality. Wendy kept me updated throughout the inspection process and was honest about the potential costs of the repairs. I went out of town for about 3 weeks during the repairs and Wendy kept in touch with me via email. Subaru of Kennesaw stored my car after the repairs for no charge and they came and picked me up when I returned. It was easy-- how often can someone say that about getting their car repaired? More
Had my 13 year old Outback in for repairs. Lydia Carroll is great at explaining what the service tech recommends to repair the problem. She arranged for me to be dropped off at my home. Most of my service experiences have been with Lydia and all I can say is that she is awesome! I like to call ahead to schedule any services for my Subie and what I appreciate is her honesty with regards t all I can say is that she is awesome! I like to call ahead to schedule any services for my Subie and what I appreciate is her honesty with regards to whether or not they can fit me in the schedule for that day instead of saying yes and then having me wait for hours. I think that is great! Lydia is always super respectful and always pleasant to talk to. Even when I have to come in for some of the more expensive services she makes it a lot less painful. Have never had a bad experience-ever! More
Every time I have taken our 2011 Outback in for scheduled services it has been a great experience. They are always friendly & get you out as fast as they can while doing quality work. I have had to bring the car in for warranty work one time & they were awesome! The waiting area is very comfortable w/plenty of reading material & media if you need it. More
From the scheduling call to driving away from the dealership, Wendy Kinslow's attention to detail, determination to resolve my service issues, and keeping me informed of the status of the work being dealership, Wendy Kinslow's attention to detail, determination to resolve my service issues, and keeping me informed of the status of the work being done was superb. This was my first visit with Mrs. Kinslow having been my service advisor. She is without a doubt the best service advisor I have worked with in over 40 years. In addition, since having the service completed, Mrs. Kinslow has called to followup on the maintenance provided to make sure all is well with the vehicle and the that the work accomplished did in fact solve the problem. In today's day and time, I find this level of customer service incredible. More
The staff at Subaru of Kennesaw are very friendly and helpful. I bought my WRX from there in 2010 and have been very pleased with the overall experience from Sales to Service. I wish the prices were a bit better (some of the competing dealers offer better quality oils for the same price). I've had some warranty issues and all have been taken care of with no problems. I can always show up without an appointment and get service with a short wait. They always offer free wash when I go which I like. Just be very specific with your service request and make sure you get pricing upfront as I have been surprised before with what I asked and what I received (mistake on my part for not being clear). I love coming to visit for service. Everyone is so friendly. I came in because I had a non functioning tail light which was replaced at no charge because my wonderful 2020 Outback is still under warre friendly.
