I was in the area and at the last minute decided to get my Impreza serviced. I called and talked to Lydia she was able to work me right in. I dropped off my car and walked to lunch. At my previous scheduled maintenance visit, it was recommended that I get the differential fluid service done at my next convenience. When I checked in I asked why I needed this service at only 33K m recommended that I get the differential fluid service done at my next convenience. When I checked in I asked why I needed this service at only 33K miles; Steve explained the consequences if I didn't get the service and then gave me the option of not having it I had changed my mind. I also inquired about having the rear wiper arm replaced-due to a cheap car wash visit when it was ripped off. He called me as soon as he got verification that they had the correct wiper in stock and told me the price. My car was then completed sooner, and for less money than I had expected-always nice to find that out! We had casual conversation during the visit that added to the friendliness of the visit. More
