Service at Subaru of Kennesaw I really appreciate Lydia for taking such good care of me and my 2012 Subaru Impreza. She greeted me at the door and got my car back to get the oil ch I really appreciate Lydia for taking such good care of me and my 2012 Subaru Impreza. She greeted me at the door and got my car back to get the oil change and also took got them service tech to tighten my rearview mirror. The Subaru team even washed my car and still had me out the door quickly. Thanks for a great service experience. More

Headlight change I went to Kennesaw last Saturday to replace a headlight. It was the second time in about 18 months that the light needed replacing. I have now replace I went to Kennesaw last Saturday to replace a headlight. It was the second time in about 18 months that the light needed replacing. I have now replaced both headlights, one of them twice. I got a vague explanation as to why that might be the case. Recently, I have also experienced problems with the check engine, cruise control, and brake lights flashing. I was told it might be a loose gas cap and it should resolve itself once the cap was tightened. It did resolve only to reoccur twice since. I am now a bit "paranoid" that it will continue to happen. Again, I was given a vague explanation. I have never had a car that needed quite so much attention before. I live 1.5 hours from the dealership and find it difficult to simply "drop by" if I am having an issue or need an oil change. It would be helpful to me if I were able to make an appointment. That being said, on my last visit, I was told that my last "after market" oil change was leaking and got the impression that I was being judged for not bringing it to the dealership. While I do ultimately love my car, I am not impressed with the amount of oddities that have been happening since my warranty expired. I am also not particularly impressed with the judgmental attitude of the person at the front desk. While she is at times funny and warm, she can also appear to be disapproving of my choices or inability to afford the time or the money for services when she believes I should have them done. More

I was promptly loaned a car until the repair was made. Everything worked fine, excellent service and excellent work. But also as important, the friendliness and high quality of the advice provided at every step. This is the main reason why I bought my second Subaru at this dealer, and why I always bring my car here for services and/or repairs. Besides the great costumer service provided by Lydia Carroll and Steve Napier, I want to praise the professionalism and high sense of responsibility of mechanic Terry Fleck for answering all questions and making sure everything was ok. It is a pleasure to deal with Subaru of Kennesaw and they have my full trust. More
