Mr. McClurken: As you know, we have test driven your vehicle with you, and have had our technicians drive the car over 75 miles. We have been unable to duplicate the issue. We have reviewed the issue with the factory. A factory representative is willing to meet with you at the store to discuss and duplicate the issue.
