Outstanding Service Advisor Once again when we experienced a problem with our Legacy Lydia in Service was right there to help us. The Low Pressure light came on again and when I called Lydia she got me in right away. When arriving she did an inspection of the car. After the car was repaired she went over the repairs with me, made sure I understood them and told me if there was a repeat of the problem to call. Lydia is a huge asset to Subaru of Kennesaw. More

Worst Subaru has the worst customer service and so does this dealership. I had an engine issue with my 2014 STI that only have 7600 miles on it. The Vehic Subaru has the worst customer service and so does this dealership. I had an engine issue with my 2014 STI that only have 7600 miles on it. The Vehicle spun a rod bearing and instead of fixing it under warranty they would do it under a one time good will. They tried to blam me saying I miss shifted or over revved the engine both they had no proof to show I did that. This was a car that I only drive on nice days and take great car of. The worst part was the GM was extremely rude and disrespect full when I tried to explain there was no way this could have happen it was a vehicle defect. But this will be the last Subaru I will own and the last time I will go to this dealer. More
