Great people, Great Service, Great Cars My wife and I went for a service on my 2015 Outback. The service department was excellent in handling my questions and a few minor things on my car. Brought my Crosstrek in for a service appointment. Brought my Subaru Crosstrek in for a service appointment at Subaru of Kennesaw, scheduled 1 week in advance. After arriving early for the scheduled ap Brought my Subaru Crosstrek in for a service appointment at Subaru of Kennesaw, scheduled 1 week in advance. After arriving early for the scheduled appointment and being put off multiple times to "check in" my car sat for over an hour past it's appointed time for servicing. It was not until I found an employee and questioned them about the wait that I received any indication that they were intending to service the vehicle any time soon. Another hour and a half goes by before the service is completed, during which time I had to check on the progress repeatedly in order to get an indication on how much longer it would take. All in all over 2 and half hours wasted on a Saturday to complete a basic oil change, and experiencing hands down the worst customer/dealer interactions I have ever had to witness. I purchased my Subaru Crosstrek from the Kennesaw Dealer in January of 2014, and in regards to the vehicle itself could not be happier. Unfortunately this can no longer be said of the Subaru of Kennesaw dealership. I will continue to be a satisfied Subaru owner, but in the future I will take my Crosstrek to another dealership for servicing and maintenance. More
