This was our second purchase of a new Subaru from this dealer. Greg Castor is probably the best salesperson I've ever worked with. We were not told that the car had to be delivered to us during the time that the offer was in effect so we missed it by one day. We thought that the deal had been done in time by saying that we were buying the car and signing the first round of paperwork. All in all, it was a great experience and we will continue doing business here. I think that everyone learned a lesson here on communication. Be forewarned to be clear on EVERYTHING. More
