They provided my wife and I with a simple "bottom line" price as opposed to some incomprehensible math formula where it is difficult to understand the price you are paying for the car relative to the sticker price and what you are being allowed for your trade in. We met Kathy Kelley as we entered Subaru of Keene a week ago. Before she even had a chance to catch her breath we told her that we did not want to be pressured. Kathy was excellent! She described the new Foresters and how they had changed in the eight years since we had purchased one. She was friendly and genuine. She did not pressure us in the least. We went on a test drive in a new Forester. It was just what we wanted. She walked us through the sales process and described various options. She went above and beyond what a prospective car buyer could expect in any dealership anywhere. When the day comes that we need another Subaru, I hope that Kathy will still be at Subaru of Keene so we can work with her again. More
